Your role:

To lead a growing sales team with passion and energy – to start leading by example, then focusing on helping the new sales team reach their potential and close business.

Your Objectives:

  • To use our existing sales strategy to bring on board new customers while refining the sales pitch and strategy.
  • To work with the management team to recruit additional sales people, then to manage the new hires and make sure together you meet the sales targets

The experience we are looking for:

We would value experience in the following areas but If you feel you’ve got what it takes even if you don’t have all the experience yet please try and convince us you’re the right person :)

  • Proven success in selling a disruptive product or service in a B2B market.
  • Experience in the Freight sector
  • Impressive results!
